Inauguration of Quai 8.2 on Armagnac in the ZAC (mixed development zone) Saint Jean Belcier in Bordeaux
After three years of work that are finally coming to an end, we are happy to announce the inauguration of Quai 8.2 in Armagnac in the ZAC Saint Jean Belcier in Bordeaux.
This block comprises a mixed building of offices, shops, two hotels and a car park.
We are also architects - coordinators of the macro-work package 8.2 Armagnac - ZAC Saint-Jean Belcier.
Since 2014, we have had the task of designing, updating and implementing strategic development and sustainable-development orientations in the area of influence of the Saint-Jean rail station. Additionally, we are monitoring the urban-planning aspects of real-estate development of the district and providing project supervision for the public spaces of the first operational phase. The public spaces will be delivered in 2020.
